Two Full Bath Renovations In Williamsville, NY

Two full bath renovations in williamsville ny

When we first met with the customer they were looking to renovate both full baths in their home. As part of the Riff Co. Construction & Renovations design process, we consulted with them regarding materials and design, we provided several 3D artist renderings with changes, and we reached a design and budget the customer fell in love with. We looked to minimize any inconvenience for the family during the bathroom remodeling process by gutting one bathroom at a time, so that the customer could continue to live in the house during renovations.

We started with the guest bathroom. We moved the plumbing to facilitate the new design, added recessed lighting and new exhaust fans to improve visibility and ventilation. After completing the rough plumbing and electric inspections, we provided new insulation and drywall, followed by fresh paint and trim. The customers chose a beautiful selection of basket weave marble and subway tile, installed in the showers, which included a custom recessed shelf. We used imported light grey porcelain tile in a brick pattern for their flooring, cherry cabinetry and marble counter tops, with Kohler brushed nickel fixtures. The customer sourced an antique mirror from their mother's home which added some family history and elegance to the bathroom.

For the master bath, the customer chose a spa themed design with a therapeutic Jacuzzi tub, imported white quartz tile, dimmable lighting, and cherry cabinetry. We selected a beautiful quartz counter top with couple's sinks, again using Kohler fixtures throughout.
